FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

We recommend 8yrs+ but always maintain that you know the child better than we do, some 11yr olds may hide behind the sofa during Dr Who, while a 7yr old will laugh in the face of a Dalek!

Please note that younger children and infants may get bored, cold or scared. If so please think about other paying guests on the tour and your child's welfare. if the tour is already underway tickets cannot be refunded.

Children under 16yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are very welcome as long as owners are well behaved! Please ensure your dog is on a lead at all times, messes are picked up and disposed of properly and if your dog gets a bit too excitable or restless, move away from the group during stories until your canine friend is calmer.

Respect other guests who may be nervous or have allergies.

What can I bring into the event?

Guests are welcome to bring their own torches but please turn them off during the stories - it's more athmospheric!

We are happy for photographs to be taken throughout the event but please refrain during the stories as it can be quite distracting.

If you do wish to use any type of recording equipment (audio or video) please switch them off during each story.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

No, a digital version on your mobile device is fine.
